Deposit terms
- The minimum vehicle deposit is $300.
- A deposit reserves the selected vehicle for three calendar days beginning when payment is confirmed.
- The customer must complete the purchase, required paperwork and remaining payment within the three-day reservation period unless Zawar Auto Sales agrees otherwise in writing.
Customer cancellation or missed deadline
If the customer cancels the purchase or does not complete it within the three-day reservation period, 50% of the deposit will be refunded and 50% will be retained.
If the dealership cannot deliver the vehicle
If Zawar Auto Sales cannot deliver the selected vehicle or the vehicle is no longer available through no fault of the customer, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
Important
The customer must review and accept this policy before payment. Refund processing time may depend on Stripe and the customer’s bank. A deposit is not a final vehicle sale; the sale is completed only after required documents are signed and full payment is accepted.
