Listings and availability
Vehicle availability, mileage, equipment and pricing are subject to verification and may change. Online listings are invitations to inquire and do not create a binding sale contract.
Additional charges
Taxes, title, registration, inspection and other applicable fees may be additional unless expressly stated in writing.
Deposits
The minimum deposit is $300 and reserves a confirmed vehicle for three calendar days. Customer cancellation or failure to complete the purchase within that period results in a 50% refund. If Zawar Auto Sales cannot deliver the selected vehicle, the deposit is refunded in full. The complete Deposit and Refund Policy applies.
Warranty and statutory rights
The warranty status of each vehicle is disclosed in the Buyers Guide and final purchase documents. A vehicle may be offered AS-IS only when permitted by applicable law. Nothing on this website waives rights or protections provided by New York or federal law. Customers may arrange an independent inspection before purchase.
Final sale
A purchase becomes final only after all required documents are signed and payment is accepted.
